Welcome to Yoga with Alex

Based in Sutton, Surrey. My classes aim to grow a friendly yoga community regardless of age. My customers' vary in age and yoga experience. (all adults are welcome)

All body types and ages are welcome
Level: Beginners/intermediate

IN PERSON (£10.00 per class)

Saturday 7th February 2026- St Nicholas Community Hall, 34 Robin Hood Lane, SM1 2RG at 8.30am-9.30am.

ONLINE - Via ZOOM (£3.50 per class)

Wed 4th Feb 2026: Online at 8:am

Class Style: vinyasa flow, restorative and yin yoga styles.
